By signing up to the 3 days trial subscription on singleparents.online , the member accept this agreement by any legally recognizable means and hereby acknowledge that he/she will be irrevocably agreeing to all the terms, conditions and other provisions set forth in this agreement. singleparents.online will not be responsible for actions taken by members who have not read our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are originally written in English and have been translated into other languages using this text. If there are misunderstandings in any translated material, it is always the original English Terms and Conditions that will prevail. Quick summary – What do I get and what do I accept?
If you accept this promotion, you get a recurring membership at singleparents.online.
A 1 EUR trial membership of the duration of 3 days (72 hours since the subscription). Your membership will be automatically renewed after the trial period and then every 30 days for the membership or exclusive membership price of 69,00 EUR. Your membership will run until you actively cancel your membership. There is no binding period of your membership, it can be freely terminated at any time.What is Singleparents.online?

By signing up for a trial or platinum membership, you agree to let singleparents.online verify your credit/debit card, making a small charge of maximum 1 EUR and then the normal monthly rate for the platinum subscription from the credit/debit card used for signing up. When you buy a subscription, you will automatically be renewed until you terminate it.
You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in one of the countries we are operating in, to have a valid subscription to singleparents.online. There are no hidden charges when purchasing the introduction subscription, just the amount stated in the campaigns, as you can terminate your subscription before the 3 days trial period runs out.
In case of a rejection of a subscription payment, the customer will later be charged the same amount until payment goes through. It is not possible to access your account until payment has been made correctly.
Payments which rejected attempts will be raised again later for a new period. Rejected payment in over half a year, terminates the subscription automatically and access for the site singleparents.online will not be allowed.
Although Bellarose Limited reserves the right to issue both digital and physical invoices if a customer order is not followed through with a payment by credit/debit card. Invoices can be issued by a third party as singleparents.online reserves the right to use so called factoring methods. Furthermore, the customer agrees that all communications relating to this trade is covered by RPL § 154a on agreement to electronic and telephone communication between the parties in this trade.
It is the responsibility of the customer to have enough funds in the card and the payment will not fail. The following credit and debit cards can be used for payment: Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron.
A confirmation email among with the digital invoice for your order/payment will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription. Within the trial period, our team may contact the new user by phone, email or live chat in order to verify its identity and help the user to fill its profile, aiming to make it more effective.
Payment happens through an SSL-encrypted connection. I.e. there is maximum security for payments made to singleparents.online. We have maximum security on our servers – this is to provide reassurance for our customers and protect their sensible data.
If a cardholder makes a chargeback on a payment, the cardholder will automatically lose the right to any refund and will be denied access to all websites owned by Bellarose Limited and Partners. To avoid interruption of service, the customer must make all payments timely, and not through stolen/invalid cards, or anything else that would result in the terms not being met. In the case of terms not being met, you will lose the right to refunds.
Termination of subscription
You can easily unsubscribe sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, which always respond within one business days, or you can log into your profile and then unsubscribe yourself. We recommend that you login and unsubscribe yourself as it is quickly and easier, as you don’t need to wait up to one business day for a response from our support team.
You can always get in touch with our customer support via phone or e-mail. Our telephone hours are from 8am to 8pm CET Mon-Fri. Customer support is closed on weekends and all public holidays. Should you have any questions that cannot be answered by the person in question at customer support this employee will seek advice and get back to you as soon as possible.
In case of credit card fraud, singleparents.online can never be held responsible. In case of a dispute concerning the payment, members must immediately inform singleparents.online via customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org . singleparents.online reserves the right to modify payment terms, prizes as well as the content of offers and services at any time without notice. If singleparents.online should change the monthly subscription price, all members will be notified 30 days prior to the change taking effect.
Liability and responsibility of the cardholder
Your registration is binding from the moment you log into your profile and thus take your subscription in use. The cardholder is required to pay the full amount for the whole period and the following payments, unless the cardholder has terminated the subscription correctly as previously described in the terms. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to make sure there is enough balance in the card to pay for the subscription. In the case insufficient payment, fraud or repeated errors, the subscriber will lose access to our website and refunds
Changes of Terms & Conditions
Bellarose Limited reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. If the terms change, we will publish on our website the new regulations and the subscriber will have 30 days to terminate the subscription doesn’t agree with the new terms. This will apply in a case of significant changes in your current agreement with singleparents.online. After the 30 days any still existing member will be deemed to have accepted the changes implied. The subscriber can at any time change address and user details via the “My profile”. The changes till then take effect in the current terms.
Failure to receive, payment-confirmation e-mails etc.
singleparents.online cannot be held accountable for the subscriber not receiving the welcome email, terminations, invoices, receipts etc. It is at any time the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that your provider or e-mail is accessible and able to receive the mentioned mails. We suggest to check carefully that they do not end up in the spam folder or “junk mail”. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail can have problems related to the e-mails sent from singleparents.online and we advise you to use an alternative provider when subscribing to singleparents.online.
singleparents.online and Bellarose Limited, reserve the right to exclude a member, without warning, in the following cases:
Violation of the current Terms & Conditions. Sharing information concerning other members’ (e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc.)
Illegal behavior, non-ethical, irresponsible or any other behavior that could be construed as harassment towards other members or the website itself.
Accounts considered being fraudulent.
General inacceptable behavior as defined by the site.
Any content considered as a direct violation with the law as well as cases of harassment will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the IP address of the member, time of creation and any other necessary information.
The software used on singleparents.online’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. singleparents.online does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. singleparents.online may make changes to the content contained on its website at any time without notice. singleparents.online does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials and no refunds can be demanded if our software is down at times. We will of course try our best to provide the best service as possible for all our users.
In no event shall singleparents.online or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on singleparents.online’s Internet site, even if singleparents.online or a singleparents.online’s authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
singleparents.online has not reviewed all of the sites linked/urls to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or the content and files uploaded by our users on singleparents.online . The inclusion of any links or files does not imply endorsement by singleparents.online of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
That being said, we put all our effort to ensure graphic or unsafe content are not uploaded, and will remove all prohibited content found in users’ profiles.
Money Back Guarantee
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to all trial memberships (i.e. 3 days free trial-membership). If you think you are entitled for a refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service (email@example.com) within 14 days after the payment date. Claiming the refund, you automatically renounces to use any singleparents.online’s service.
Members may only be entitled to a refund if no member benefits have been used. Please note that any trial period fees are non-refundable.
